Cyrenians Employment and Training offer a number of services in addition to the on site courses and training
Support
As well as wide range of training courses and employment services Cyrenians Employment and Training has additional support services to meet the needs of clients and members.
The Cyrenians Employment Support Agency offers in work support to candidates who successfully make it into employment. This support provides encouragement and help to the employee as well as providing a reassurance to the employer.
There are also health services available at the Cyrenians Community Centre with a nurse and GP as well as access to counselling. The Centre also has a lawyer who comes in to provide advice and information to people.

Work Experience
Cyrenians Employment and Training offers a number of work Experience opportunities The Cyrenians Community Centre.
Candidates have the opportunity learn new skills in the area of
- customer service
- shop assistance
- kitchen handling
- food preparation.

Outreach
A number of the courses and services provided by Cyrenians Employment and Training are available as Outreach opportunities.
We have tutors offering courses all over the Swansea Bay area; we also have our CESA team offering employment support, advice and practical assistance to job seekers at a number of locations.
